Line Operator – 3 positions
(One each on First, Second, & Third shifts)

Specific Responsibilities
- Package products into various formats on the packaging lines to meet company GMP & SOP requirements and master documentation.
- Operate and maintain, and troubleshoot equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
- Complete washouts and effective equipment change over per work order and SOP.
- Accurate completion of all production documentation.
- Verify and transact using data -3 system.
- Maintain the work area to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards.
- Responsible for working in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures; properly uses personal protection and safety equipment as required by CPL; reports any injury or illness immediately and notifies CPL of any hazards, unsafe acts or conditions in the workplace.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, 2 year technical degree highly desiredÂ
- Minimum of 3 years experience operating machinery in a regulated manufacturing environment required
- Computer proficiency and strong math skills
- Mechanical and troubleshooting proficiency
Physical Demands/Working Conditions/Environment
- Long periods standing in one place; processing product on moving belts.
- Repetitive hip and upper body twisting movements.
- Lifting and lowering of heavy cases of product and equipment change parts between floor and chest levels
